We recently had our CQC on the 19th December 2024. We passed with all criteria met and some wonderful feedback. The Inspector even said if they did mark us as they do other services, we would have been outstanding which was really lovely to hear.
Thank you for getting this system in place for us it really helped bridge the gap with some bits we didn't have in place that we had implemented before the inspection was announced thus leaving us in the best position to tackle the inspection with no worry or last-minute rush.
