Virtual CQC Discovery Day
As part of our CQC Training, we offer you a virtual CQC discovery day remotely using video communication such as Zoom. This part of the service observes the physical premises and how the practice implements systems and processes in delivering the regulated activities. Our CQC training online service will address all 5 key questions CQC expect: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-lead. The review also covers the following domains which are the new regulations covered by CQC as of April 2015:
- Policies.
- Staff Personal Files.
- Service Maintenance & Equipment.
- Infection control procedures.
- Risk Assessments.
- Audits.
- Staff Training/CPD.
- Fire Safety.
- Health & Safety/COSHH/Riddor.
- Appraisals
- All practice logs/checklists.
Virtual Mock Inspection (Members Only)
The virtual discovery day includes a review of systems and processes, a virtual walk around of the practice, a check of the Medical emergency kit and a series of document checks and virtual questions. Post the audit, you will receive a comprehensive action plan from your compliance advisor, outlining your non compliant actions to be addressed, with advice given on how to correct these.

CQC Training Online
All practice staff will be trained and prepared for the CQC Inspection.
The discovery day shall include a review of policies, processes and systems as well as providing learning to all clinicians and staff. A monitoring template will be used to undertake a pre-inspection review and a report detailing outcomes, actions and recommendations shall be produced. Not only do we provide you and the staff with a detailed outcomes report, we are also prepared to complete the actions to ensure you are ready and compliant for your inspections.
