Dear Members, We are excited to introduce two new service options designed to make compliance even easier for your practice. These services aim to provide tailored support to ensure your documentation is up to date and your compliance is always on track.
Ongoing Compliance Advisor
Giving a long-term virtual support approach, this option provides your practice with a dedicated compliance advisor and an initial virtual walk around your practice.
- Monthly Checks: Monthly virtual reviews of your portal to keep everything in line with regulations. Providing you with an action plan every month for you to prioritise and work through.
- Monthly Calls: Personalised guidance and actionable advice to make compliance more manageable.

One-Off Portal Deep Dive
Our expert team will conduct a comprehensive review of your practice’s portal, identifying any gaps in your documentation.
This one-off service ensures your compliance is thorough and gives you the peace of mind that everything is in place.
These options are designed to support and educate you in understanding and managing compliance for your practice, saving you time and ensuring you meet regulatory requirements with ease.
We will cover the following items
- Recruitment Documents: Checking all documents are in place and accurate.
- Practice logs: check if the past 12 months have been completed or if there are gaps.
- Staff training/CPD: Check certificates for each staff member – has the correct level and number of hours been completed? E.g. 3 hours complete for safeguarding level 2, 5 hours for radiography or IRMER. Have the first aiders completed EFAW or just a basic awareness?
- Audits has each clinician completed separate clinical audits? Has the minimum no. of patients been audited? Have action plans been completed and signed? Has the IPC audit action plan been completed? Have other audits been completed?
- Risk assessments has the practice got an external legionella and fire RA? Have the action plans been completed, is there anything outstanding?
- COSHH has the practice used the online COSHH form? Have safety data sheets been uploaded? Have all materials been assessed (or do they just have a couple of assessments)?
- Equipment has the maintenance matrix been completed?
- Critical exam plus service history
- Fire equipment
- EICR and PAT etc
- Complaints & Significant events has the online tool been used? Have the forms been completed fully and closed off?
- Staff meetings is there a record uploaded for staff meetings, including who attended?
- MHRA Has evidence of the lab registration been uploaded? Evidence of alerts being actioned?
- Fire has evidence of fire drills been recorded?
- X-ray equipment inventory, RPA and RPS appointment
- Waste: Waste contract, consignment/transfer notes and pre-acceptance waste audit.
